Responsibilities

Contribute to mechanical engineering projects and initiatives within a collaborative team environment
Support day-to-day operations and assist senior team members with key deliverables
Analyze data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and professional development activities
Complete a capstone project and present findings to leadership at program conclusion

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Authorization to work in the United States
