Job description
This is a 3-4 month paid learning experience where you’ll have the chance to connect with other interns and engage with leaders. You’ll work alongside passionate professionals who are committed to helping you grow both personally and professionally. From day one, you’ll contribute your ideas, build meaningful skills, and take part in hands-on projects that make a real impact on our business and the world around us.
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with various research, testing, and evaluations.
- Processing documentation and conducting data analysis.
- Conducting manufacturing audits.
- Attending department, team and project meetings as necessary.
- Assisting with process improvement projects tied to manufacturing.
- Collaborating with other engineers, teams and departments.
What You Bring
You have the ability to identify a problem and conceptualize a solution. You bring a combination of design and hands-on experience to prototype solutions to various manufacturing issues. You are able to work in a team and collaborate with others in the organization to find the best solution possible.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Bioengineering, Petroleum Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong interest in manufacturing, process improvement, or product design.
- Skills or coursework in areas such as CAD/3D modeling, machining, data analysis, Lean/continuous improvement, or automation.
- Anticipated Graduation of May 2027.
