What You'll Do
- Support daily operations and process improvement initiatives at our New York location
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency gains and cost reduction opportunities
- Assist with project management and cross-functional coordination
- Help implement and optimize operational workflows and standard procedures
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement programs
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited university
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; additional technical skills are a plus
- Authorization to work in the United States
