What You'll Do

Support daily operations and process improvement initiatives at our Portland location
Analyze operational data to identify efficiency gains and cost reduction opportunities
Assist with project management and cross-functional coordination
Help implement and optimize operational workflows and standard procedures
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement programs

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited university
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; additional technical skills are a plus
Authorization to work in the United States
