What You'll Do

Shadow producers, consultants and underwriting teams to understand consultative selling
Attend National Intern Orientation, weekly training, and case competitions
Participate in national and regional sales competitions
Learn about Risk Management, Benefits, Wholesale, and Claims businesses
Help with regional and branch projects

Requirements

Pursuing Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Actively enrolled and in good academic standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for learning and professional development
