About This Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Sustainability Intern to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. Based in Minneapolis, a major corporate hub in the Upper Midwest, home to Fortune 500 companies across retail, finance, and healthcare, this role offers hands-on experience in a professional environment where you'll contribute to meaningful projects from day one.

What You'll Do

Support sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance in the Minneapolis region
Collect and analyze environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data
Assist with sustainability reporting and stakeholder communications
Research best practices and regulatory requirements for Minnesota
Help develop and implement green business practices and programs

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited university
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; additional technical skills are a plus
Authorization to work in the United States
