Role responsibilities

Help with variance analysis and financial reporting.
Support audit testing and compliance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects.
Analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making.
Prepare and deliver an end-of-summer presentation to Finance Leadership.

The Essentials - You Will Have

Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Expected graduation is December 2026 – May 2028
Prior internship or co-op
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
Local to Milwaukee area (within 50 miles of the Milwaukee Headquarters location)
Variance analysis and financial reporting
Effective collaboration
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft products
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
