Your Responsibilities

Support data analysis across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, operations and Travel & Expense.
Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and trackers to support BAU and transformation efforts.
Assist with data cleansing, validation, and migration activities related to new systems
Assist with opportunities for efficiencies, automation, AI, and RPA.
Support documentation, testing, and analysis of automation use cases.
Support user readiness activities including materials, job aids, and training sessions.
Create and update PowerPoint decks, materials, and visual summaries.
Support meeting coordination, notes, follow-ups, and action tracking.
Build simple trackers, templates, and tools that help the team work smarter.
Jump in to support ad-hoc requests as needed—no task too small, no project too big.

The Essentials - You Will Have

Must be planning for degree completion between December 2026 – June 2027 in supply chain, or related field.
Strong interest in data, analytics, AI, automation, and/or business transformation.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
Comfortable working with data, learning new systems, and navigating ambiguity.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Must have U.S. Work Authorization and does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
